Our History
In October of 2007, Beverly Creagh founded M7ven, an organization born from a personal mission. For over a decade, she had been using her own money to provide affordable rental homes for those in need. However, her dream was bigger: she wanted to give people the chance to own their own homes, and this vision became M7ven. The name itself tells a story, inspired by the 1960 Western film "The Magnificent Seven." In the movie, a small village of ordinary people, constantly bullied by a wealthy outlaw, too afraid to fight back, hire seven professionals to stand up for them and deliver justice and sanctity to their town. In the same way, M7ven was created to stand up and fight for the people and restore peace to peoples lives, by providing affordable housing opportunities and home ownership. Our Executive Management Team brings over 60 years of combined experience in property management and development, project management, home rehabilitation, and the acquisition and sales of residential properties.
